Emergency Contacts
Please call our main number during business hours for an explanation of our emergency procedures. A physician is on-call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Additionally, PrimeCare offers three urgent care centers in Temecula, Sun City and Wildomar for non-emergent after-hours care in evenings and on weekends. Urgent care hours are 8am-8pm M-F and 8am-6pm S-S. Phone # (951) 600-0110.

FOR PRESCRIPTION REFILLS: Please call your pharmacy at least 3-5 days before your prescription will run out. The pharmacist will then contact us within 48 hours for authorization. Please do NOT call our office for refills. Refill requests may be submitted via email if desired at the above email address.

Business Hours
Please call to schedule an appointment. Office hours are Monday through Friday 9 am to 5 pm. The office is closed for lunch every day between 12:00 and 2:00. Please note that all calls are forwarded to voicemail during lunch, so please try to call between 9 - 12:00 and 2:00 - 5 to avoid any delay in reaching us. If you reach the voicemail during business hours, you may leave a message and your call will be returned within 24 hours.
